We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as **Risk & Claims Manager.**

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of incidents and insurance claims within our organization. If you have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining operational excellence, we want to hear from you

**About the role...**
- Serve as the Risk Manager to implement ISO31000 Risk Management processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough audits to assess risk factors within the organisation.
- Draft comprehensive risk management reports tailored for the Audit & Remuneration committee.
- Take charge of managing the organisation's insurance policies and provide expert advice on insurance matters.
- Lead the claims process and act as the main liaison for insurance-related queries.
- Facilitate a smooth resolution by actively collecting evidence from relevant parties.
- Prepare and compile necessary information for the annual insurance renewal process.
- Maintain and update the Corporate Risk Register.
- Provide training to Risk Ware users within the organisation to enhance risk awareness.
- Regularly review, update and maintain organisational Policies & Procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compliance with various regulatory requirements, including Work Health and Safety, Working with Children Checks, and Kids Guardian Legislation.
- Other duties as may reasonably be required.

**To excel in this role, **you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Background in legal studies with a solid understanding of legal concepts and contract law.
- Proven experience in contract administration, demonstrating a practical understanding of contractual processes.
- Track record of effective communication skills in professional settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general experience in database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Strong time management skills, balancing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Sets a positive example for colleagues in terms of personal character, commitment, organizational skills, and work habits.
