**The opportunity**

**How you will make an impact**
- Consult and embed sound risk management practices and create a risk aware culture that is aligned to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Key focus areas include the identification of key risks throughout the process and the provision of assurance that controls are effectively designed and executed.
- Monitor and manage emerging risks by ensuring controls are embedded and adhered to through regular key control testing and reporting, regular review of RCSA’s and providing support to the tribes by raising and managing actions from incidents in a timely manner.
- Champion system controls and access profiles for all team members to ensure segregation of duties exist and the right roles have the right access profiles to keep our customers and business safe.
- Work together with the change areas, to look for process Improvement opportunities and provide support to Projects; by providing process analysis, recommendations for process and policy improvement/changes.
- In consultation with the leaders, projects and change champions, review process change documentation to ensure that processes and controls have been designed appropriately using our risk frameworks.
- Develop effective working relationships with all key relationships across AMP bank and AMPA, other internal customers and suppliers.

**What you will bring to the role**
- 3+ years’ experience from a Banking and or Risk industry
- Strong communication (verbal & written) with all levels of the organisation and with both internal and external customers/stakeholders
- High level attention to details and commitment to quality
- Ability to coach, motivate and influence team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing priorities.
- Understanding of banking and legislative requirements
