**Your Impact**

As an Operations Team Lead, you will work with our operations team in our Heathwood facility and be responsible for leading a team to complete tasks in a safe environment and fostering a strong sense of safety and chain of responsibility. This includes training of team, assisting with the prioritisation of work and developing warehouse processes and training material whilst also being willing to support the team in operations to meet workload requirements.

**Key Responsibilities Include;**
- Leading a team in operations whilst actively contributing to the duties/tasks required of your team
- Optimising and improving productivity of people and assets by managing requirements and analysing workload
- Ensuring that both yourself and your team are operating in a safe manner and actively identifying hazards and implementing resolutions
- Ensuring that delivery of KPI’s are being achieved by the team and there is a focus on efficiency gains
- Communicating any issues to management and ensuring smooth shift handover
- Dock and driver management within the facility

**About You**
- Ensure customer service and business KPI’s for the site/shift are met
- Distribution and team management
- Management of inventory and labour planning
- Third party supplier management, such as transport providers
- Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the Distribution value streams
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Ensure health & wellbeing for our people and the environment through focused programs and adherence to compliance
