**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will provide HR support and advice to a broad range of managers and employees. The scope of your role will cover:

- Providing advice and assistance to managers on HR issues and initiatives
- Conducting investigations and reviewing workplace complaints
- Supporting all employees by responding to queries relating to their employment
- On and off boarding including conducting inductions and exit procedures
- Managing HR documentation including contracts, variations, probationary letters
- Assist with developing policies and procedures
- Support the Recruitment Team as needed

This role is based in a supportive HR team and provides an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your HR knowledge along with your career.

**About You**

You have broad generalist HR experience including advisory, investigations, complaint management, and managing HR documentation. You are interested in developing high performance cultures and have a passion for improving organisational performance through best practice people processes.

You will also:

- Have a strong knowledge of enterprise agreements, Awards (preferably SCHADS)
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to evidence creative problem-solving skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels, and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Be highly ethical and maintain confidentiality
