**About the role**

We are looking to fill multiple **Engagement Officer** positions within the Curriculum Program Operations team at the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial, fast-paced environment providing crucial support to a dynamic team that delivers high-quality syllabuses, assessments and teaching standards across NSW schools.

As an Engagement Officer you will enjoy a broad remit working on the design and facilitation of engagement activities which contribute to important projects in the Curriculum division.

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Communicating with key stakeholders and facilitating engagement strategies in line with project plans
- Providing a range of delivery and support services, including preparing presentations, reports and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are on time, meet standards and agreed scope and are in line with NESA project management methodology
- Coordinate communications and change management on emerging issues, including providing support to senior team members
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients
- Liaise with other project staff to resolve community related issues
- Coordinate project meetings, events, site tours and inspections.

- Experience in community and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in communications and public affairs
- A demonstrated reputation for excellent and high-quality service to clients
