**_Key requirements of the role:_**
- Providing wide-ranging program and administrative support to the program manager and team.
- Assist with the scheduling and planning, as well as track the completion of project deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including preparation of highlight reports, memos, briefing notes and Steering Committee Pack.
- Coordinate project communications, and develop publications, as required
- Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, seminars and/or training sessions, as required.
- Create, update and maintain project registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decision, deliverables, and lessons learned.
- Create, update and maintain program financials, prepare budget reports and monitor project budget.
- Assist in auditing projects in Project management software, Sciforma, to ensure the quality maintained.
- Assist in drafting various program and project artefacts.

**_ Ideal experience required:_**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Project Officer, operating project management systems and project software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management governance, frameworks, procedures and practices.
- Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining project documentation/reports.
- High-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail.Contributes to the achievement of corporate objectives by
