A WA state government organisation is seeking a ICT Support Officer

**Your new company**
Your new company plays an integral part of WA's Health system.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting the EUC lead, managing and deploying computers and providing a basic level of technical assistance to clients and end users who raise enquiries or issues related to the program.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of:

- Windows Desktops
- Office 365
- Computer Hardware
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, SharePoint
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise incidents, requests and queries to ensure that all problems are either resolved or escalated to meet both service levels and client expectations
- Experience with ICT support in a health environment (desirable)
