**About the Role**:
Due to continued growth and strong demand, **CarPlace**has an exciting opportunity for a **Trainee Valuer/Buyer**to join their dynamic team

Working closely with our Wholesale Manager, the key focus of this role is to proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of CarPlace to achieve strong results and profitability. You will be trained in how to take full ownership for purchasing, maintaining a strong commercial awareness and achieving CarPlace profitability targets.

**No Experience? No Worries**If you are self-motivated with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and a desire to exceed KPIs, we will provide training to suit.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Outstanding communication and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to form long term business partnerships to leverage future transactions and purchases
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
- Previous experience in the automotive industry as a Buyer, Sales Consultant, Mechanic or Panel Beater is highly regarded but not essential
- Current C Class drivers’ licence is required
