**The Job**:
We currently have a Head Office (Surrey Hills) position available, with responsibility for filling shift requests from customers, clients, and families within the Disability sector. The Allocations Consultant will identify and liaise directly with the right ONCALL Support Worker, providing clear directions on duties and responsibilities; to ensure all needs are met.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be able to demonstrate the following;
- Knowledge of the Disability and/or Community Services sectors desirable
- Previous rostering/allocation experience desirable but not essential
- Great people skills, strong problem-solving skills, and can use initiative
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Database experience

You will need or be willing to obtain:

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Childrens check - Employer (or willing to obtain)
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunisation evidence required
