**About the Role**:
We're on the hunt for a **friendly and motivated individual** to join our vibrant Hosted Events Sales team As a **Sales Coordinator**, you'll help customers across Australia plan and book memorable hosted experiences, from wine tours to birthday parties and corporate events.
We're looking for someone who:
- **Can commit to a minimum of 4 days per week on a casual basis, with availability on weekends being a big plus.**:
- Is reliable and flexible, with availability to work full days around standard business hours (9-5).
- Has previous sales or strong customer-facing experience, with a knack for building genuine rapport.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is a quick learner with energy, ambition, and the motivation to contribute to a growing team.
Our office is based in Abbotsford, Melbourne, with a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to split your time between the office and home.

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Learn the ins and outs of our event offerings to confidently recommend and sell experiences tailored to our clients needs.
- Manage inbound sales enquiries, with the opportunity to build B2B relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling event administration tasks.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery for our clients.
**Success Metrics**:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales conversion and volume targets.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the smooth delivery of events through attention to detail and proactive communication.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with confidence chatting on the phone to clients about their enquiries.
- This role would suit someone with previous experience in retail, phone sales, customer support, relationship management or b2b/b2c sales. Passion and willingness to learn are key
- Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for working with people.
