**About the Role**
As Community Solutions continues to grow, we now have an opportunity available for a full-time** Administrator (Business Services) **to join our team. Reporting to the Business Lead (NDIS & Community), this role will provide administration support and customer service to our NDIS clients.
**Other key duties will include**:
- Providing a friendly and positive welcome to our NDIS clients and other stakeholders over the phone, offering support and information as requested
- Maintaining client spreadsheets recording caseload volumes and other service data ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing and completing NDIS Onboarding Documents for our Support Coordination and Behavioural Support teams
- Monitoring and follow up all outstanding onboarding documents and providing assistance to clients on completing these, if needed
**What you will bring to the role**:
- You are a confident communicator and a true people person
- Experience working in a busy administration role
- Extensive administration experience, data entry skills compliance capabilities and IT skills - particularly with Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Some NDIS knowledge would be amazing but not essential; we will get you up to speed on all things NDIS
**Additional requirements**:
- Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights
- A current **Blue Card** (Working with Children Check) and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check Card, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful. We will reimburse you the cost of these checks on commencing.
- Willingness to undertake a specific **"Fit2Work" Police Check**
