**About the Role**?

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Mission team, as well answering queries and providing ad hoc support to our 60+ affiliated churches across Queensland, in a way that is consistent with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.

Throughout your varied day, you will:

- Organise and manage correspondence and communications to churches, including our church support hotline; collate information and contribute to the preparation of reporting.
- Undertake administrative duties; including support for events, general filing, data entry and record keeping.
- Respond to routine church queries; resolve minor team operational issues.
- Schedule, organise and prepare for meetings, interviews and appointments, maintain meeting records and distribute actions and decisions from meetings.

You will be someone who is highly organised and who provides a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times. You model the values of Churches of Christ in day-to-day work, including in all interactions with church members, pastors and staff.

Qualifications and experience required for the role is as listed below:

- Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Two years' experience within an administrative role.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
