This permanent part-time (30.5 hours per week) **Coordinator **role in **Albion **allows you to build on an existing great service with a team of passionate Educators.

**About the role**

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**About the school**

St Theresa's in Albion is licenced for 50 places, with an average ASC attendance of 25 children. You'll be working with an incredible team of existing Educators, in a shared space service that includes children from another nearby school.

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Experience as a resilient Educator
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
