We are looking to recruit 2 x Direct Marketing Campaign Specialist to our Marketing COE, to manage the delivery of our One to One marketing campaign activity across our Consumer Partners division (Financial Institutions and Automotive Partners ) to achieve customer growth and retention business targets by creating and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty in line with our go-to-market strategy

You’ll have a good track record in One to One marketing where you’ve been creating and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, ideally within a Financial Services or at least very service oriented industry.

There is a lot of investment in this part of the business, & as its a big area for growth, you’ll have an opportunity to shape what is happening in this space and make a real impact.

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the annual marketing plan to achieve acquisition, retention and cross-sell targets for Consumer Partners.
- Maintain and manage the annual marketing plan for Consumer Partners, aligning with stakeholders to ensure consistency in Go To Market plans., adjusting for changing partner priorities and strategic opportunities, where required through the year.
- Develop briefs, collate content, and manage the approval process for 1:1 campaign activity (e.g. EDM, SMS and Facebook content etc) for Allianz and Partner run campaigns.
- Act as a custodian of the Allianz brand, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand messaging across applicable partner marketing material.
- Collaborate across the One-to-One marketing team to develop and refine messaging, offers and call to action best practice.
- Measure and track campaign performance and effectiveness in order to optimise future investment.
- Utilise data and reporting to develop compelling insights and customer value propositions and inform marketing briefs ensuring continual optimisitation of campaign activity.
- Leverage customer analytics and insights in the identification, execution and optmisation of campaign activity.
- Manage agency relationships to produce and deliver high quality campaigns according to the brief.

**To be successful**:

- We are looking for experience in direct marketing, customer relationship management and campaign platforms where you have built campaign forcasting, managed agencies to deliver copy, creative design and html build, that you understand customer journeys, understand tracking, reporting and return on marketing investkment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL.
- Demonstrated experience in data driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
