Exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team as a Digital Campaign Specialist within Healthcare.

**Your new company**

Working in the Healthcare sector as a Digital Campaigns Specialist, you will partner with the Head of Marketing to plan, implement and manage PPC campaigns for demand generation.

**Your new role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be skilled in SEM - managing campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs based on business needs
- Work with internal team to optimise copy and landing page for improved results
- Manage Ad copy for PPC campaigns
- Must be skilled in SEO - Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on web traffic metrics, implement and manage initiatives to bolster organic presence with a focus on CRO
- Manage ongoing SEO for 120+ sites, report on organic ranking and results
- Social Media - ability to plan and implement conversion, awareness, and lead gen campaigns across Meta
- Experience in A/B testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 5+ years hands-on experience implementing and managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
- Proven experience and results from running Facebook and Instagram ads
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience with bid-management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Solid knowledge of web analytic tools and reporting tools (Eg: GA, GA4, Lookerstudio, dashthis, SEMrush, Mailchimp)

**Desirable**:

- Agency experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS an advantage but not necessary
