We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Partner to join our IT Services Business Engagement Team.

Overview:

- Primary point of contact between IT Services and the organization.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements, identifying solutions, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Plays a vital role in shaping IT strategy, driving technology advancements, and improving organizational processes and outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main liaison and point of contact for the business in relation to IT Services, establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Collaborate with designated business area(s) leadership or key representatives to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals, ensuring alignment with established roadmaps and business priorities.
- Identify and communicate risks and issues that could impact technology delivery to designated business area(s) or the broader organization.
- Advocate for designated business area(s) by effectively communicating their strategies and priorities, promoting alignment between technology and business strategies.
- Assist in escalating IT service delivery issues on behalf of business unit stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
- Develop solution concepts and business cases for new or improved solutions based on stakeholder needs and organizational strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, build rapport, and establish credibility as a strategic partner.
- Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and organization, with the ability to effectively manage time, work under pressure, and deliver outcomes efficiently.
- A solid understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture, and the vendor landscape.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, information technology, or a related field, and/or a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
