**About the Role**
Supporting strategic academic quality initiatives, the Project Coordinator (Academic Quality) plays a crucial role in course reviews, program monitoring, and reporting. Demonstrating meticulous project management, they delve deep into assigned topics, crafting plans, reports, and materials while liaising with University stakeholders across all levels. You will use your initiative, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, to support the successful design and delivery of crucial academic quality projects

In a typical week at work, you may:

- Coordinate and contribute to academic quality assurance activities, such as course reviews
- Support the management of key projects and initiatives within the Office of the Provost
- Effectively engage with stakeholders and collaborate with the broader Office of the Provost team to ensure that deliverables and milestones are met

**About You**
You will be a motivated self-starter, who shows initiative and takes ownership of your projects. You’ll have strong conceptual and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Rather than a highly structured approach to project management, your approach will be adaptive, creative and stakeholder focused. Your excellent judgement and ability to anticipate project and stakeholders' needs, will set you up for success in this role.

Ideally, you will further have:

- A minimum bachelor level degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of project work, preferably in a teaching and learning, higher education or public policy setting.
- Demonstrated high-level writing skills and showing flexibility across a range of purposes, audiences and styles as well as strong attention to detail
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to critically evaluate information; reconcile conflicts; analyse, interpret and generate insights from multiple sources of data and use this information to guide decision-making
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
