**About the Opportunity**
We are proud to partner with one of Australia’s most respected and forward-thinking childcare providers in the search for a dynamic **Area Manager** to oversee **7 high-performing early learning centres** across Sydney’s **Western Suburbs**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 7 childcare centres, ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory standards (NQS, EYLF, ACECQA).
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to Centre Directors, supporting their development and performance.
- Drive enrolment growth, occupancy, and financial performance across all centres.
- Lead and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation’s vision and goals.
- Foster a strong and inclusive team culture, ensuring high levels of staff engagement and retention.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, communities, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and action areas for continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within the childcare or education sector.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and sector best practices.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
- Inspirational leadership style with a passion for mentoring and team development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, and relevant child protection training.
