As the Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an amazing dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for overseeing the dining room, managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the front of house team to provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory of front of house supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- RSA certification
