We'relooking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support Worker tojoin our team in Emerald. In this role you'll work directly withyoung people to improve their safety, wellbeing and futureopportunites.

Whatwill a typical day look like?

- Provide case management and individualised support to youngpeople with complex needs

- Facilitate access to secure housing, education, employment,and community engagement

- Support cultural connection and reduce risk-takingbehaviours

- Collaborate with families, schools, and communityservices

- Maintain high-quality records and contribute to programoutcomes

- Deliver early intervention strategies and therapeuticsupport

MandatoryRequirements:

- Diplomaqualifications in a discipline relating to the BehaviouralSciences or equivalent.

- Ability to obtain aBlue Card (working with children check positive notice orexemption)

- Ability to obtain aYellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemptionnotice)
