**Qualifications/Experience for Applications Support Analyst role**:

- Business skills and technical IT knowledge
- Experience in customizing systems through SQL queries
- Experience with Data Integration
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
- Solid understanding of business process mapping
- MSSQL | understanding/reading queries & views, creating views
- Crystal Reports or similar report writing tool
- Experience working in a ticketing environment

**General Day to Day Task Responsibilities**:

- Work on requests, changes and incidents based on tickets
- Diagnosing and solving complex situations
- Providing support and assisting with system and database integrations
- Propose improvements and solutions to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Training users
- Plan and implement supportive business solutions to IT issues, barriers and challenges
- Create and develop reports in support of business functions
