**About the Role**
BOQ is currently enjoying a rapid of period growth due to large scale funding to make BOQ the digital bank of the future with a personal touch. We have recently announced our partnership with Microsoft and are currently running a huge tech transformation which includes technology uplifts and cloud projects across the business in core banking, payments and our digital platforms which involve major cloud projects.

This Application Support Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for someone to come onboard and make real difference in a bank that is putting technology first.

As a L2 Support Analyst, you will be involved in the below mentioned responsibilities:

- You will log, triage and update tickets in our ticketing system (Service Now experience preferred.
- Answer phone calls and proactively communicate with internal and external stake holders
- Abide to SLA’s for Tickets.
- Open to cross skill and train across different assets.

Role responsibilities will include:

- Work closely as a team with Offshore teams to monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Troubleshoot technically complex issues and drive these through to resolution.
- Maintain system stability through the execution of good Service Management practises
- Understand of Asset Management business operations
- Prevent re-occurrence of incidents.
- Minimise the impact of incidents and problems on the firm.
- Customer service champion with a genuine interest in helping business teams and customers.
- Respond to end user support requests. Participate in Tech bridges.

**About you**
- Experience in a technical support role with minimum of two years’ experience.
- Knowledge with Temenos and Real time products.
- Proven track record which demonstrates the ability to meet or exceed, KPIs and SLAs.
- Able to take responsibility for customer needs and satisfaction
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Must be a team player who can work to strict SLA’s while providing excellent customer service.
- Experience working within the Banking industry an advantage.
