**About the Role**
As a Project Management Consultant at Adaptive Innovation Management Solutions (AIMSolutions), you will be at the forefront of driving large-scale, multi-departmental projects to successful completion. Your role will involve the comprehensive management of project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. Your ability to navigate complex initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels will be essential to your success in this dynamic role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) systems, processes, and procedures.
- Lead and manage major projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Engage proactively with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
- Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments to plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Anticipate potential challenges and develop effective solutions to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports that highlight key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Manage sub-contractor and consultant resources to ensure project components are delivered within the established timelines.
- Understand and manage processes related to tenure agreements, site design, and constructability to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all projects operate within established timeframes and budgets, and follow required procedures to resolve any issues impacting the achievement of project objectives.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
