Job DescriptionIn this role at Voice Project, you will:
- Become an expert with our cloud-based survey application.
- Support our consultants with survey build, delivery, analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with our clients providing technical support.
- Build client support materials including online processes and screen capture demos.
- Actively participate in our internal product development.
- Become a systems guru, training our consultants when we release new features.
- Be coached by a more senior member of the team who will support your personal and professional development.
You are the ideal person for this role if you have:
- An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance.
- An aptitude for working with technology systems and data.
- Customer service skills in providing technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
- Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill).
- Ability to research and solve problems independently.
- Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team.
- Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Business, Science, IT or a closely related discipline.
- Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years.
- Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously.
- The capacity for a full-time role.
- Willingness to travel to our Sydney office for occasional meetings.
- Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.
