**The Position**

The **PMO Manager **will play a crucial role in overseeing the essential administrative functions. The PMO Manager supervises resources across; Contract Management, SAP, Data Analytics, Data Management and Master Scheduling teams. The position requires strong leadership skills to provide effective systems, analysis, and contract management services.

Key responsibilities;
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and track project progress
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality through effective project management practices
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project resources, including project teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Continuously improve PMO procedures and adhere to Thales processes

**About You**
- CPPM (Chartered Practicing Project Manager) or CPPD (Chartered Practicing Project Director)
- Proven experience in a similar senior Project Management / PMO position
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with previous experience in effectively leading diverse teams
- Proficient in project management tools, ideally with ASDEFCON experience
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and ensure contract / business success

**Good to Know**

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
