**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- In this hybrid, full-time role, you will lead our Project Management Office (PMO), using your skills to drive Smart WFM and its customers to world-class outcomes.
- Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all projects/programs align with Smart WFM’s strategic goals and objectives, as well as driving continuous improvement and adherence to project management and governance standards.
- You will be tasked with identifying potential risks across projects/programs and developing mitigation strategies to minimise their impact.
- Promoting teamwork and open communication among all teams and stakeholders will be essential, as will sharing your knowledge through training and supporting staff on PMO processes.
- In addition to conducting governance audits, you will lead Project Managers in enhancing their project delivery capabilities.
- A crucial part of your role will be ensuring that project outcomes meet the required quality standards and deliver the expected value to clients.
- You will manage the PMO POD and project management team, dedicating 20-40% of your time to actively managing programs of work.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong demonstrated business and commercial acumen related to project/program delivery.
- Experience in a PMO leadership role with a good grasp of project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with UKG software and solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to oversea multiple projects/programs at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to working with diverse teams.
- A qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 would be a bonus
