**In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By**
- Sales responsibility for driving growth in the Oceania region
- Managing key customer relationships
- Executing Human Health BioSolutions global and regional strategies
- Overseeing sales budgets, sales estimate forecasts, etc.
- Driving new business development and pipeline building
- Handling trademark IP execution and marketing activities for both Novonesis initiatives and customer needs

**To succeed you must hold**
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Hold a B.Sc. or higher in Food and Nutrition, Chemistry, or Biology; an MBA is preferred
- Have 8+ years of value-based sales experience, with at least 5 years in dietary supplements, probiotics, health nutrition, or OTC products
- Be willing to travel interstate and internationally
