About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Team Leader to oversee two homes – one in Bayswater and one in Baldivis. The role is initially being offered permanent part time, with the opportunity to become Full Time.

As Team Leader you will take charge and support across the following key areas:

· Lead, supervise, and coach staff members, ensuring they are providing high-quality support to residents.

· Provide direct support to participants, addressing their individual needs and preferences- set the example for your team

· Manage staff training, ongoing development, and performance management.

· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to always ensure adequate staffing coverage.

· Work alongside internal stakeholders including housing, rostering, client services, and recruitment to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.

· Ensure your team is working together within a positive and supportive culture.

· Manage risk of incidents, respond to incidents as required, and implement best practice strategies to prevent re-occurrence.

· The Team Leader will be the family and key stake holder liaison and will be accountable for the day to day running of the home.

About You

· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader/Manager in Supported Independent Living

· Full availability

· Relevant Qualification in disability or related field

· Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

· Driver's License & own car

· NDIS Worker Screening Check
