Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Project Manager to join our growing team on a full-time fixed term basis for 12 months.

The Project Manager will lead and deliver strategic projects within the GHA project management framework. This role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to regional healthcare innovation and improvement.

The role of the Project Manager is:

• Coordinate project plans, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with GHA Operations teams.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Engage stakeholders across agencies, alliances, and vendors to scope and deliver regional ICT projects.
• Support change management strategies to minimise disruptions during implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in ICT systems and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Adaptable, empathic, and committed to stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in healthcare settings and knowledge of change management (desirable)
