The role and team
We're looking for customer service focused individuals to join our Concierge Security Team at our banking client's corporate site in Docklands. Every day is different, and creating a positive and professional interaction as the first point of contact, you will meet and greet staff, visitors and customers. This role reports to our Operations Manager and works closely with our other Concierge Security Officers. You'll work across a rotating roster covering the site Monday through to Friday during the hours of 0700 and 1900.

**In this role you will**:

Assist with staff security enquiries

*
Manage access cards, including issue of new cards and temporary passes, and regularly audit passes

*
Monitor CCTV and alarms within the building, and respond to incidents and alarms

*
Complete reports on our client's systems, including incident reports

*
Conduct building patrols to identify security risks and technical faults

*
Use hand-held radios to communicate with our G4S Security Operations Centre team

*
Be an emergency warden for the building

What we're looking for
- Customer Service focus with a high level of communication and the ability to build rapport
- Holder of a current Victorian Security License

*
Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this prior to employment
