**About you**:

- Passionate about meaningful research in a true values-based business
- University qualification, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Eagerness to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
- Strong collaboration skills

**You’ll contribute to**:

- Formulating qualitative, quantitative and ethnographical research methods based upon business values
- Work with panel providers and partners to define and recruit respondents in order to enact research collection
- Interpret research metrics with data and insights team to determine how business operations can be improved
- Create effective outcomes with the Product team and clients by coordinating research and product roadmap
- Collaborate with colleagues and executives to ensure insights are understood and inform outgoing messaging
