About the Role
Develop and implement strategies to ensure that staff and members of the public have appropriate access to, and awareness of, information concerning their rights and responsibilities, Department of Health Complaint Management Guides and local consumer feedback procedures.
Maintain the Consumer Feedback (CF) database of complaints/compliments and prepare reports and the analysis of all consumer feedback, identifying trends and providing reports and make recommendations to relevant committees/executive or other staff.
