**About the Company**:
Boutique’s client is a leading Commercial Property Firm located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. They are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team This role will be ideal for an outgoing person who is a team player and happy to support the rest of the business to get the job done.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a friendly and professional greeting to clients, employees and visitors
- Answer local incoming calls and be part of our national reception switch. Determine the purpose of the call and forward to the appropriate personnel/department proficiently and professionally
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Booking of rooms and diary management; ensuring rooms are kept tidy at all times and a smooth experience for guests
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Tidy and maintain reception, broking floor and kitchen areas to a professional standard.

**About you**:

- Strong customer service experience
- Positive energy and 'can do' attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, high level interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills, including effective time management
