With $150M invested in the local economy over the past 18 months and even bigger growth plans for the year ahead, we’re looking for a talented Corporate Development Manager** **to grab the bull by the horns.

In this newly created role, to support the General Manager, Commercial in driving the strategic development of the Data Centre business.

You will have a “hands on, can-do” approach, inquisitive mindset and be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be numerate and focused on developing robust financial models for the company and its related projects. You will be obsessed with detail and structure, but also be able to take a step back and see the bigger picture to support complex business cases.

**You will**
- You will have a highly analytical approach to your work
- Have responsibility for building 3-way financial models
- Have experience with fast-paced project driven environments
- Have experience in end-to-end business case development
- Have exposure to a P&L, balance sheet and cashflow

**You must**
- Have a qualification in CFA, CA, CPA or CIMA
- Bring 8 + years in financial modelling and analysis
- Bring technical and thought leadership to the business
- Hands on experience in building 3-way models to support large complex projects and business cases.
- Extensive experience in writing reports on investment / financial analysis to support major business cases proposals.
- Have experience in end-to-end performance tracking and provide, analysis and reporting on key initiatives.
