We are more resilient and more creative when we have an inclusive and transparent culture where everyone knows our strengths and opportunities. **Title**: National Operations Manager (internal: Manager, Operations - National) **Role Description**: As ShipBob's National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all our operations into, out of and within the Australian Market. You will work with Teams across the US, Europe and India, so flexibility in working hours is a must. You will work with partner run facilities to ensure all operational and quality KPIs are being achieved and associated SOPs are being followed, therefore regular travel across the country will be required. This role will report directly to the Director, Fulfillment - International. **What you'll do**: - Thinking strategically to develop and implement solutions to increase the productivity and efficiency of our fulfillment centers. - Ensure our high-performance service culture can be delivered as we grow the business and during peak periods. - Ensure fulfillment centers receive operational training according to established training schedules and standards operating procedures. - Review KPIs and performance reporting to identify areas of opportunity and partner local site leaders to develop actions to bring the site up to standard. - Takes a hands-on role in implementing new centers which includes setting up necessary infrastructure to achieve our go live mission. This may include setting up pack stations, labeling locations and other tasks necessary to open a new site. - Collaborating with the Commercial Teams to ensure we have the best marketable value proposition and work proactively to remove barriers to success. - Working closely with external stakeholders to affirm our operating agreements are aligned and compliant. - Building relationships with our internal customers to proactively reduce system related restrictions and evolve the solution to support Merchant growth. - Work with the International Carrier Manager to ensure we have the right partners with the right capacity to service all locations. - Assist the International Carrier Manager in developing strategies and initiatives to manage the transport requirements and deliver logistics efficiencies. - Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. **What you'll bring to the table**: - Relevant experience in people leading/management is essential. - Established ability to manage teams and persuade partners to achieve goals and deliver on stretch targets is essential. - Ability to create a great place to work and maintain the culture of teamwork & motivation. - Strategic thinking, able to develop and implement new processes. - Manage organizational change in a dynamic & high growth environment. - Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast paced environment. - Stakeholder/Relationship building, customer service focus, financial and business acumen. - Qualifications in Supply Chain & Logistics. - Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Slack or broader MS Office Suite. - Ability to travel up to 50% including weekends as necessary. - 4 years of experience required. **Reports to**:Director, Fulfillment - International **About You**: At ShipBob, we're looking to bring on board people who embody our core values: - Be **Mission-Driven.** We want team members that are passionate about helping entrepreneurs improve their business, and bring that passion every day. - Be **Humble**.
