**About the role**
**Duties**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a national-scale allied health business, focusing on data driven performance, while working collaboratively with peers, to ensure high quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained for participants receiving services
- Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business
- Manage a team of leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery
- Promote and enhance the organisational culture
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs
**Skills and experience**
- 5 + years management experience, specifically in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation
- 5 + years management experience across a large professional team, either specific to your allied health discipline or with a multidisciplinary makeup
- Willingness to be hands on, working in systems and with people directly to achieve outcomes
- Passion for making a difference
- Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with/ knowledge of the NDIS and the operations of an allied health service within the NDIS
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology to lead with an understanding of the day-to-day services as well as strategic oversight, nationally. with registration or ability to gain registration with AHPRA/ESSA/SPA.[AL1]
