Come transform the future with us- What is a typical workday?- As an Operations Support team member in our South Granville delivery Station, you will ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. With a background in customer service and, ideally, warehouse or transportation experience, you will be responsible for preparing daily reports, processing packages and returns and responding to customer inquiries. You'll collaborate with call centres, delivery partners, and Operation Supervisors while managing data entry and escalating special cases as needed, actively problem-solving to ensure all service delivery goals are achieved. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment will help drive the team's success.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12am

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit daily reports to ensure accurate tracking of operations.
- Process pending packages and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries forwarded by the call centre, providing excellent service.
- Collaborate with the call centre, delivery partners, and Operation Supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist the wider team with their tasks, such as loading and unloading trucks as needed, to enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain accurate records.
- Escalate special cases or concerns to supervisors for further resolution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience in a warehouse position and in the transportation sector (ideally).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Strong customer service skills with a dynamic, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
