PM-Partners group is a specialist Project Management Consultancy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement solutions that enhance the financial and accounting processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements for finance and accounting projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals.
  • Utilize your accounting expertise to provide insights and recommendations for financial strategies.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within finance operations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and foster collaboration.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance, with a strong focus on banking environments.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
