Join a highly regarded Australian university as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a number of strategic, business-focused initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple streams and partner with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes that shape the university's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders across the university to capture, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Support delivery of strategic projects spanning business transformation and process improvement.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, functional specifications, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Partner closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technology outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive collaboration and clarity.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within higher education or large, complex environments.
  • Strong background in delivering business-focused projects with tangible outcomes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and facilitation.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivery.
