**About the Opportunity**

Council is seeking a Plant Operator who will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and construction duties through the skilled operation of Council's plant fleet, in particular a Grader.

**This position is based in Dalby.**

Reporting to the Works Supervisor, you will:

- Servicing minor repairs and pre-start inspection of various types of earthmoving equipment;
- Operation of various types of mechanical or electrical hand tools and equipment in Construction and Maintenance Works;
- Operating various civil construction plant to the required tolerances with due regard to the presence of services.

**About yourself**
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (mandatory) OR HR licence (desirable)
- Work Health and Safety Construction Induction White Card.

This role is full time, working 38 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.
