**The Role**

Reporting to the Payroll Systems Manager and working as part of team, your duties will include:

- Providing payroll and/or Rostering systems support including user access, resolution of technical issues, and support to the wider payroll and/or operational teams as required.
- Undertake systems configuration and industrial instrument updates
- Generate reports and analysis as required by the Payroll Systems Manager
- Ensure all compliance and completion of all legislated tasks.
- Contribute to ongoing Payroll projects as required
- Provide back up support to the payroll team as needed

**Your Profile**
- Experience working with payroll and rostering systems, to include award configuration and backend system support and/or maintenance.
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, data manipulation, formulae, etc
- Strong communication skills particularly written proficiency.
- Must have a flexible and collaborative approach when dealing with stakeholders.
- High organisational and time management skills to meet strict and compliance driven deadlines.
- Comfortable working within a fluid and complex environment.
