We are committed to assisting our clients and their communities to achieve a better future across 2,700 properties and offices in South West Sydney, Bowral, Young, Yass, Goulburn, Griffith, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan and Canberra.

**Description**:
The Rent Services Lead is responsible for leading the Rent Services team in undertaking all rent data processing, information and reporting requirements associated with Argyle Housing property and clients. This is achieved by providing excellent leadership, team management, coaching and support to the team and ensure they are operating in a productive and safe environment.
- Monitor the performance and management of rent arrears
- Ensure all rent reviews are compliant and completed in a timely manner
- Provide your team with regular coaching, supervision, and support
- Conduct regular reporting and compliance related activities
- Monitor and manage NRAS compliance and reporting obligations
- Develop a supportive team culture

A key aspect of the role is to ensure the team are assessing all clients twice yearly (in a consistent manner) and that their upcoming reviews are managed and monitored as per the schedule calendar of reviews.

**To ensure success in this role, you will demonstrate**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social housing or business administration or accounting
- Demonstrated experience in a financial or accounting role or understanding of property management
- Strong people leadership experience
- Sound understanding of social and community issues impacting on social and affordable housing clients
- Current driver's licence
