We're excited to invite passionate, self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Personal Trainer and FIIT30 Coach at Fernwood Fitness Gregory Hills, on a casual basis. What is FIIT30?

FIIT30 is a high-intensity, results-driven group fitness program specifically designed to target strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in just 30 minutes. It combines the best of functional training, using weights, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to deliver an efficient, full-body workout that's perfect for women of all fitness levels. Whether your clients are looking to build strength, burn fat, or increase their fitness, FIIT30 offers an engaging and fast-paced environment to help them achieve their goals.
