**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Service Desk Team Lead** to oversee the corporate IT systems and services for our GP AU/NZ teams. In this **hands-on leadership role**, you’ll ensure our staff have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Your primary focus will be leading our IT operations team, providing **technical guidance, people leadership, and strategic direction** across Oceania. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for infrastructure management across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage corporate enablement services, including their infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
- Oversee strategic planning for team growth and evolving technologies.
- Manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring operational efficiency.

**About You**:
You’re an **experienced IT leader** with a strong grasp of modern **infrastructure, cloud, and SaaS** best practices. With a hands-on approach, you thrive in technical environments, designing scalable solutions with security and distributed system considerations in mind.

You bring:

- A **tertiary qualification** in IT or a related field.
- ** 3+ years** of experience managing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of **web technologies**, including performance monitoring and end-user experience optimization.
- Proven **stakeholder management** skills, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Moderate experience with **automation tools and Infrastructure as Code**.
- A working knowledge of **Agile methodologies** (preferred).
- Excellent **communication and collaboration** skills.

**Salary**:
The salary range for this role is $120, 000 - 130, 000 per annum + superannuation.
