Are you an immediately available in-house recruiters who have recruited sales and marketing ideally in consumer / FMCG for a contract view to perm.?

Our client is a well-branded, consumer FMCG organisation, that is looking for an experienced end-to-end in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team to be the business's first specialist in-house recruiter.

So you will you be recruiting across all business units with responsibility for all end-to-end recruitment and a focus on proactive talent management and high-touch stakeholder influence. There will be a priority and focus for the sales and marketing division.

Outside of the day-to-day of filling roles, you will work with the senior leaders and HR team to develop strategies that allow them to secure the right mix of talent today and in the future.

The role will also provide you the scope to work on projects and initiatives that support the ongoing development of our Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience functions including Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, and process and systems improvements.

The urgent need at the moment is to take the recruitment off the hands of the HR Business Partners and assist in filling a number of backlog and volume of roles, whilst the business figures out what the requirements are for this TA role longer term or permanently.
- You will have a successful recruitment/talent acquisition track record ideally gained within corporate commercial environments, ideally consumer, sales, and/or marketing. We are also open to individuals looking to develop their agency experience with a move into an internal role.
- You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of what a great recruitment process and talent attraction looks like, and able to work strategically with senior leaders and manage expectations, consult, and advise on all recruitment matters.
