**_Baseline Onsite has been providing Security, Medical, Rescue and Safety services to the mining, marine and energy industries since 2010._**
- Our offices are operated by industry professionals who understand the challenges of remote area work and the important role that our personnel play in maintaining a safe and productive work site._

We are seeking a proactive and innovative
**Recruitment Coordinator** to assist in a fast paced environment within a growing team. This role will be working closely with our operational and management teams.

**About the Role**
- Recruitment and selection activities including coordination of interviews and shortlisting
- Client Account Management
- Roster and scheduling management for on site requirements
- Employee and Client relationship management
- Assist with on-boarding stages prior to and during site attendance
- Maintain regular communication with personnel and key stakeholders
- Working 8AM - 4PM with 1 work from home day a week (including some overtime)

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience within a similar Recruitment Role
- Experience within a site based Medical or Emergency Services role highly advantageous
- A strong attention to detail and success in a high volume environment
- Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks
- Ability to demonstrate strong drive, output and flexibility
- Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
- A friendly and approachable team mentality
