We are seeking a
Technical Business Analyst
to take ownership of key API and identity management initiatives. This hybrid role blends delivery management, stakeholder engagement and technical oversight — ideal for someone who enjoys working across both business and technology.

You'll work closely with a small, distributed development team and external customers, managing delivery cycles, releases and major transformation projects such as the migration to Apigee X.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate customer requirements into user stories and sprint tickets for the development team
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure sprint goals are met
  • Manage and execute CI/CD release processes using GitLab, ensuring smooth and timely deployments
  • Act as the SME for Cotality's API, Identity (Ping Identity) and Billing (Selcom) systems
  • Drive strategic initiatives including Migration to Apigee X and unified metrics/reporting projects
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar hybrid role
  • Strong knowledge of API management (Apigee preferred) and Identity systems (Ping Identity desirable)
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery, working with small distributed technical teams
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes (preferably using GitLab)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
  • Ability to quickly learn complex system environments and drive end-to-end technical delivery
