- Key Result Areas & Strategy and Planning- Conduct ongoing reviews and development of existing content-
- Identify and participate in new product development and/or product enhancements- Policy, Process and Procedures- Recruit and allocate internal resources to meet organizational goals
- Manage and allocate External Editorial budgetsCustomer Focus-
- Develop a thorough understanding of needs of relevant customer group- Technical PerformanceDirect, influence and coordinate internal and external writing contributors including contract negotiations
- Prioritise products and resources based on customer needPeople Management-
- Coach and mentor all editors and content specialists or key stakeholder groups in practice area as required
