Due to the launch of our new Metcash Retailer Portal ROSS - Retailer One Stop Shop) we are looking for 3 x National Content Coordinators to come in and work on a 9 month FTC or Secondment basis. Reporting to our National Retailer Communication Manager, you will be responsible assisting in the launch of the new Metcash Retailer portal (ROSS - Retailer one stop shop). A great opportunity to work on a highly visible and business critical project

What you’ll do

Primarily the role will help to migrate the existing content from the current myIGA site, as well as work with many departments in formulating and managing new content.

Assist in the training and support of the ROSS platform (once launched), with the many stakeholders and user groups throughout the Metcash network.

Content migration, governance and process development support.

Assistance in ROSS platform launch state by state

What you’ll bring

Preferably internal who understands our Food platform/current Communications

Some CMS experience highly regarded but not essential

Can think like a Retailer - FMCG background, with ability to challenge stakeholder groups for optimum customer benefits.

Can look at content holistically and post data for best fit

Can fail fast and regroup quickly - meet deadlines
