**Your Role**
As Merchandise Planner, you’ll be the backbone of our inventory and sales strategy, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll combine strategic vision, data expertise, and a customer-first mindset to elevate our global operations.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Plan & Execute**
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and align inventory with demand.
- Optimise inventory across the USA, AU, and retail locations to minimise imbalances and maximise sales.
- Plan gross profit and first margins, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.

**Analyse & Adapt**
- Monitor sales trends and customer behavior, proactively adjusting strategies to stay ahead.
- Develop markdown strategies and promotional plans to drive profitability and minimise overstock.
- Create dynamic forecasting models and dashboards to inform decision-making.

**Lead & Innovate**
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Drive seasonal and long-term planning strategies, ensuring customer needs and market trends are always front and center.
- Manage direct reports, providing support, mentorship, and clear KPI alignment.

**About You**
You’re a strategic thinker who loves numbers and knows how to turn data into action. With your blend of creativity and precision, you’re always a step ahead, balancing customer needs with business objectives.

**What You Bring**:

- 4-5 Years experience in Planning.
- Proven experience in merchandise planning in e-commerce.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with forecasting tools.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for fashion.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
